Roster for JB Synchro Cookie Table
Instructions for those on duty:
- Cookie table duty is from 8:45 to 11:15 am.
- You are please to assist with the setting out of tables and chairs at the beginning of your duty as well as clearing away the tables and chairs at the end of the morning.
- Doughnuts to be collected @ Donut Hive by 8:45. R120 payable by parents on duty
- Parents to take Cookie Table eats through the front entrance.
- Please state that it is for COOKIE TABLE – JB Club
- It is the Parent’s responsibility to swop out dates with one of the other parents if they cannot make the allocated dates – DO NOT CONTACT THE TEAM MANAGER.
- No swop out for more than 3 weeks in the future.
- Should you NOT arrive for Cookie table duty, R450 plus R60 for donuts is payable to the Team Manager, NO exceptions will be made.
- Please reply on your cookie table reminder sms for confirmation.
JB VOLUNTEERS DUTY ROSTERS:

- If you are unable to do your duty it is your responsibility to swop with someone else on the list and to notify Sarah on 073 266 1837.
- A complimentary session (entrance, boot hire & lesson) will be loaded on to your skater’s membership card each Saturday that you work.
